other related topics. To return to this Updates Page... simply choose Home', scroll to the top of the page
& select 'Update History' once more. Remember that to navigate within the 'pdf' files, you should use
' Page Up' & 'Page Down' keys; 'Arrow' keys; or 'click & drag'; or 'Left Click' & 'Right Click'

An important adjustment that you can make is to set your computer to update your 'visited websites'
automatically. Go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Temporary Internet Files > Settings > Check for
newer versions of stored pages - set to 'Automatically'. This way you will get the benefit of downloading
and viewing any newly corrected and updated pages immediately.

A new section has been added to the Top Left panel, called 'Commentary' and is where a plain English
commentary on Shri Mataji's Teachings can be found. This is an attempt to bring a normalisation of
understanding of Sahaja Yoga to Sahaja Yogis all over the world...
as mentioned by Shri Mataji recently, when She said to... sing from the same 'hymn' sheet...
